Course Overview
This 4-day course is designed for aspiring bartenders or those who want to enhance their knowledge of the bartending trade.
This Bartending Certification provides the hands-on training and knowledge you need to be a successful bartender. Bartending involves more than mixing drinks; it encompasses product knowledge, cocktail synergy, excellent customer service, and speed.
This training covers all the must-know cocktails used in today’s bars, as well as classic cocktails from the past. Practicing different drinks, shooters, and cocktails behind real bars in our state-of-the-art facility will prepare you for the real world of bartending. We spend time teaching proper preparation methods so that each drink you make tastes consistent with the original.
Knowledge of the products you serve will help you answer the question, “What would you suggest?” Learning the flavors and characteristics of each spirit and liqueur will help you narrow down a guest’s preferences and suggestively sell products to increase the average check.
Great customer service is the most important aspect of bartending and will help you maximize your tips. Many people say that bartenders often take on the unofficial role of therapist while behind the bar. The relationships you build with customers will create a following of regulars who will prefer to sit at your bar because you know what they like.
